Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During new drops or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because we offer a mix of in-house and dropship items, your order may ship separately.

Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Dropship Items: 7–14 business days after processing
  • Pre-Order Items: ETA will vary. It will be posted on all pre-order items

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier and location.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and ensures you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-volume periods. However, we will always do our best to help if an issue arises.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
